Policy

Cutting and engraving are time-intensive processes. Please allow for a 7-10 day period to complete and ship your order. Custom requests may necessitate extra time for design considerations.  

Our product shipments are handled through USPS and UPS and for local Phoenix residents we offer in-person pickup. At check out, please choose the 'In-Person Pickup' option. It is important to note that The Krafty Kellys cannot assume responsibility for any instances of theft, loss or non-delivery of mail.  We kindly request that you verify the accuracy of your delivery information prior to finalizing your order. In the rare occurrence of a shipping problem, please do not hesitate to reach out. 

Each of our items are meticulously handcrafted on an individual basis and therefore we do not facilitate returns. However, if your satisfaction falls short of 100%, please reach out to us at  thekraftykellys@gmail.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
